DonorWorks is a donor and prospect profiling, gift entry/receipting, and pledge management system with unparalleled support services and a proven track record. It provides multiple levels of password protection and allows the user to easily customize many of the screens.

DonorWorks demographic module will profile your donor/prospects, track their relationships and contacts (who they know), store all their biographical and gift history, track the groups they are involved in, volunteer availability and skills, major donor information, interests and affiliations, photographs, renewal dates and over 175 other fields that are user-defined. DonorWorks has multiple note fields. The large donor stores individual notes on each person. Other memo fields can be accessed by all users. A contact log lets you track all your contacts with donors or prospects.

DonorWorks alumni module will track the course information, graduation year(s) and degree(s) earned by your alumni. You can easily generate lists of alum for targeted mailings.

DonorWorks gifts module allows you to quickly and easily enter gifts: gifts split between multiple designations, gifts with partially deductible portions, gifts applied to pledges, the appeal that generated the gift, who a gift was given in memory/honor of, soft credit gifts, in-kind gifts, planned gifts, gifts by cash, check or credit card, the person who solicited the gift and even specify what type of receipt the donor should receive. Gift designations can be attached to a specific campaign. All of these gift fields can be reported on.

DonorWorks pledge module allows multiple pledges with regular or irregular payment schedules, pledge reports and automatic recognition of an existing pledge in gift entry.

Reporting can be as simple as clicking on a button to generate a "canned" report, as specialized as creating your own in our Custom Report Generator and several methods in-between. There are multiple ways to subset data for intelligent reporting.

DonorWorks includes all of the above features and some that are commonly viewed as "add ons" by other fundraising software companies. We include a Special Events/Ticketing module, Attendance, Import/export, Planned giving module, Major donor tracking/reports, Pledge module, Alumni module, Volunteer module and more.
