Classroom training on a quarterly basis.

Regional Classroom Training

As clients request a training session in their area we find other area clients and a classroom and come to your area! We usually have training in Kansas City, MO and in Alameda, CA one or more times per year.

On-site Training

At your site, for your employees only. We can tailor these classes to meet your needs and we are on site to provide you with some consultation for your database.

Phone Training

This is limited to one-hour sessions at a time and billed at an hourly rate. We recommend this as a supplement to training, when you need a refresher or want to cover a specific item. This can also be a good way to “jump start” your use of the program immediately after purchase, but cannot replace a full training session.

Web training

Web training is similar to phone training in that it is limited to one-hour sessions at a time and billed at an hourly rate. As is the case with phone training, it's good as a refresher, for covering something specific or for jump starting your use of DonorWorks immediately after purchase.
