and abilities module. The abilities window helps you track various abilities for each of your constituents. You define each ability and can indicate the constituent's skill level.

feature lets you indicate what times you need volunteers and what skills you are looking for and find all the volunteers who match!

Additional information, including a user-defined ability level, can also be tracked for each donor.
