You can store any number of additional addresses and phone numbers for a constituent, as well as an alternate address for snowbirds or seasonal constituents. Addresses will be automatically swapped between the alternate and primary addresses at the appropriate time.
-
The primary address usually stores the person's home address for individuals, or the business address for organizations.
-
The secondary address usually stores the person's business address for individuals or an alternate business address for organizations.
-
If a donor has a winter home in Florida, you can store an alternate address and the date range it is in effect. DonorWorks will tell you when it's time to switch to the alternate address, and then swap the addresses on the two windows.
-
We give you places to store
unlimited addresses
for a constituent, such as: custodial and non-custodial parents, grandparents or an emergency / hospital preference.

-
Everyone seems to have more than one phone number these days.
-
We let you keep them all at your fingertips by allowing you to store as many phone numbers as you need and to identify the type of phone as well as listed/unlisted status.
-
E-mail addresses are also stored here.
