Entering data couldn't be easier! You can use your mouse, keyboard commands, menu selections or desktop buttons to make selections and we have multiple shortcuts you can use to speed up the process.

You can customize any of the field labels to make them applicable to your organization or church, then just tab through the fields and enter your information.

Some fields can be set up with defaults for commonly entered data. We also provide a list of zip codes for the US so that you can enter just the zipcode and the city and state will be automatically filled in.

Throughout the program, lookup fields will automatically fill themselves in as you type, anticipating your next keystrokes.

Salutations and address blocks
are automatically built according to your user-defined criteria when you save the record.

Our clients are thrilled with our "Find by example" feature. To Find a constituent, click the Find button and the program highlights the fields you can do a find on. Fill in information for any of the fields and we will find anyone who matches your criteria, including partial finds.

Each field and each button has help text that displays what the button does or what information the field stores.

The Secondary constituent window stores other information you may wish to store about a constituent, such as birthdays, anniversaries, children's names, occupation, etc.
