Cleaning up data

You can send data out of the program to be scrubbed and bring the clean data back into the database. You can have up to 20 sets of 75 fields each. This allows you to:

• Send data out to be CASS-certified and update your address data.
• Send data out to NCOA to find missing people and update their addresses.
• Send data to your mailing house.
• Send data to an alumni search service.
