Activity Log

There is no need for a separate contact manager. You can track any contact, any phone call, or anything else you wish to define.

• This feature tracks all types of contacts or visitations that you enter for a donor and keeps a history.
• Do you make personal visits to major donors or prospects? Keep track of the outcome of those visits and what the next step should be.
• Any Emails or letters sent from within the program will also create a contact log entry, as will any completed task.
• You can define up to 12 of your own contact types.
