Enrolling People in Groups

You can create any number of groups and enroll any number of people in any group. Groups can be used to track mailing lists, committees, classes, contacts for a particular worker, or anything else you can think of.

• You can track attendance for any group.
• Additional information can be stored for each group, such as beginning and ending dates for their enrollment in the group and a memo field.
• The bulk change module can be used to enroll or remove people in a specified group who match any criteria of your choosing.
