Tracking Abilities

The program includes a volunteers and abilities module. The abilities window helps you track various abilities for each of your constituents. You define each ability and can indicate the constituent's skill level.

• You can track abilities of any type for anyone entered in your database.
• Just double-click on an ability to assign it to a constituent.
• You can track your volunteers' available times and talents.
• An assisted search feature lets you indicate what times you need volunteers and what skills you are looking for and find all the volunteers who match!
• Additional information, including a user-defined ability level, can also be tracked for each donor.
