Salutations and Mailing Names

You can store up to five salutations and five mailing names as well as an "honor roll name" for each constituent.

• You can select defaults for any of the salutations and mailing names; these are used to create salutations and mailing names as defaults, built to your specifications.
• When reports are printed that require salutations or mailing names, you can select which one to use.
• You can select one salutation and one mailing name as the default for each donor. When a salutation or address is printed, you can choose to print the default, even if it is different for each person.
