Tracking Prospects and Major Donors

You can designate anyone in your database as a prospect or major donor.

• You decide what makes someone a major donor.
• The major donor screen can also be used for prospective donors.
• You can assign a worker to a donor/prospect, set goals and track results.
• Many additional reports are available for those who have been designated as major donors.

One of these reports gives you the ability to track various information commonly needed for tracking grant information. In combination with setting Tasks, this can be used as a mini-grant module. A full grant tracking module will be available in a new module that will be available in the near future.
