Detecting Possible Duplicate Entries

The program can be set up to warn you when you enter a potential duplicate record.

• To eliminate duplicate entries, it can warn you when it sees that you are entering a name already stored in the database.
• If your data already contains duplicates you can run a process that will show you possible duplicates so that they may be combined/deleted.

• You can use our defaults for determine which records may be duplicates, or create your own criteria.
