Most of the support dollars go toward development of new features in DonorWorks. We value your input on what those new features should be. While you use our program to further your (mission, purpose, goal), we are busy at work adding new features to our programs. Rather than waiting 12+ months between software updates like many other software companies, we release updates as new features and new versions become available. These enhancements are then available to all supported clients at no charge.
We have found that clients who are not on support are reluctant to call when they have a problem or questions, which leads them to being dissatisfied with the software. It probably does what they need, they just don't know how!
